WHAT IS THE COST OF A BER Certificate?

Generally the cost of gaining a BER Rating would vary based on the complexity and size of the property. For us here at Norfran Energy Assessors our costs start at the prices displayed below:

– Apartments cost from: €200.00 

– Semi-detached houses cost from: €230.00

– Larger dwellings cost from: €250.00

WHAT IS A BER CERTIFICATE?

A building energy rating certificate (BER) is a legally required document which is required for renting or selling a property. The BER certificate displays the properties energy efficiency rating. A BER assessor who is SEAI registered will complete the assessment on your property.
